Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

Payments once processed are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
